clean place, luxurious rooms, great staff. the rooms with a terrace. nice building, unbeatable location so close to sightseeing and close to so many lovely bars. and so close to la rambla.

I had deluxe king room which was fashionable, comfortable bed. Location in the heart of the city was a plus;)))

Neat venue with tasty and delicious breakfasts and roof top views. Particularly helpful staff, free wake up calls and ironing. Lovely beds and well-appointed and air conditioned room. Modern design. Overall very very good stay on a business trip.

Disappointing breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was in a good location in the old town of Palma. It was also very well maintained throughout, a lovely base for our city break

No hook to hang towel outside shower. Lift does not work without use of key card. Very expensive for a mediocre room and facilities.

Helpful staff, perfect location, nice building.

Central position for both shopping, sight-seeing and marina/sea front strolls. Friendly, helpful staff without being intrusive. Very good security given entrance off central side-street, and quiet tranquil haven away from hustle of city centre. I was travelling alone but good for both solo or groups. Really liked this boutique-style hotel and will stay there again..

Access is via a very narrow street officially only for taxis. No parking - best rent a car per day to minimalise underground public car park costs. Not much selection or menu choice (especially for vegetarian) and expensive for poorly presented plate.. eg.Had great lump of houmus surrounded by small bit of pitta bread. But lots of restaurants/bars close-by.

The friendliness of all the staff and the wonderful roof-top terrace and pool.

It is quite minimalist for the high price.

The plunge pool on the roof terrace is disappointingly tiny, not suitable for real relaxation!!! Plus, the lack of a desk and chairs in the room could definitely use improvement for added comfort.

The convenience of being so close to sights, shopping, sea etc, yet very quiet room at night.

it was very central for where we wanted to be- the rooms are well designed and the bathroom was lovely. unusual design / lovely friendly staff especially Veronica in the bar who was really charming.

It's not perfect, but It's nice

The location is fantastic, just minutes from historical sites. I loved the rooftop pool with great views and the lovely courtyard where breakfast was served. The staff are attentive. I found the bar was rarely open, a letdown. Still, the experience is one to cherish!

Room not to 4 star standard - damage to flooring in room (404) and shower door damaged.(Must of been known to Hotel management before letting)

Did not like glass doors on toilet as allowed no privacy for private moments!
